CoursesWala operates along with its group entity FunnelStep, which functions as a child company providing CRM, automation, and payment infrastructure.

We use the following internal platforms:

• crm.funnelstep.com – CRM, lead management, automation, communication, analytics, user activity tracking

• paymentz.funnelstep.com – payment processing, subscriptions, invoicing, and transaction records

By using our Service, you expressly consent to your data, communication, and payments being processed through these platforms as part of our integrated business ecosystem.

4. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be 18 years or older to use our Service.

• You represent that you are legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.

• Only Indian citizens with valid documents may participate in affiliate or commission-based programs, where applicable.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information.

6. PAYMENTS & BILLING

• All payments are processed through paymentz.funnelstep.com and authorized payment gateway partners.

• We do not store sensitive card or banking details on our servers.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Failed or delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES & SERVICE DELIVERY

• Our offerings include digital products, online courses, recorded content, live sessions, CRM access, automation tools, and dashboards.

• Access granted to any dashboard, course, CRM, or tool is deemed successful service delivery.

• You acknowledge that digital services cannot be “returned” once accessed.

8. NO REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)

• All sales are final.

• No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction

  • Lack of results

  • Technical misunderstandings

  • Non-usage after purchase

Refunds will be issued only if required by applicable Indian law.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• We may integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, communication platforms, analytics).

• We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or failures caused by third-party providers.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
